Glyph of Kill Shot doesnt not reset the killshot spell if it fails to kill the target.

BEcause with this Glyph we are not able to get that must needed kill. Becuase the CD is about 10 seconds =\

I know and by that time when it doesnt not proc twice i am out of focus and it could be a game changer.
