Death Knight - For Death Knight class related bugs, post here!

Post here all bugs that you found for Death Knight.
I will start: Blood specced dk -> does not have Vengeance.
Dancing Rune Weapon -> does 4 dmg and doesent replicate your spell attacks.
Frost Fever -> gets applyed by Howling Blas without glyph.
Rune strike -> cannot be used in Blood Presence all the time its conditioned by dodge or parry.
Glyph of Chains of Ice -> does not benefit from 150 damage* %ap modifier, can be easy fixed from DB spell_bonus table.
Killing Machine -> higher proc chance than normal. Should be like this 5 PPM on a 2.6 weapon -> 21.66..% chance | 5 PPM on a 3.6 weapon -> 29.99..% chance

Frost fever is supposed to be applied with chains of ice?

All of the unholy dk enraged pet abilities don't work (interupt charge, 4 sec stun, and pet cleave)
