Overlordx For GM

1. What is your main character's in-game name?

2. Where in the world are you located?
South-Africa, Gauteng
3. What time zone are you located in?
UTC/GMT +2 hours
4. How old are you?
17, turning 18 in 2 months
5. Have you played Retail and if so, for how long?
No,I dispise blizzard's servers..... ill just stick to my P-servers
6. How long have you played on ZwowZ?
Couple of years now, Ive seen it from the glory days to this painful slow death ;/
7. What times exactly can you GM? (Be specific please : Days/Times etc)
7 Days , about 5 Hours or more, but not less
8. Have you ever been banned for any reason?
No, I have never and have no intention of getting banned for any reason at all
9. How much time each day do you spend on WoW, on the forums or in-game?
5+ hours a day in-game, On the forums .... not much at all
10. Do you have Skype?
No, unfortunately
11. Have you had previous experience as a Game Master?
Yes
12. Tell us a little about yourself.
I like to do more than just play WoW the whole day actually, i love swimming and hanging out with my friends (in-game, and out of the game)
i can keep a cool head during a fight or a hard decision, so i think that's a bonus
13. Explain why you think you would be a good ZwowZ GM.
Well, the server is busy going down the drain and i have previous experience with Recruiting,
I wont take all the credit but Unforgiven wow was dying too, me and my friends and a few of their GM's worked hard.. and in a month we got 100 new players
14. What interests you most about the GM position?
To help out a server and players in need, as i stated above the server is busy going down the drain and i would hate to see it close down
15. What positive additions could you (or do you already) make to the Server/Community?
well, since i have come across alot of bugz (not only on ZwowZ) and learned how to fix them i can give my advice on a problem and maybe even fix it(Dont get me wrong, i am no dev)
16. We require all GM's to act professional at all times, this includes proper spelling and grammar. If this would be a problem for you, please explain why?
Not at all, since im still in school and practice my spelling alot i have no problem with spelling and grammar
17. If you were going to submit a suggestion for us, what would it be?
To do some new things to bring back all the hordes of players that was here once before, like maybe offer a "welcome back" bonus to all the old accounts or something
18. Events can get out of control, how would you pull a situation under control if it went bad ?
First of all i would identify my problem, then see if i cant fix it without any ban's or mute's but if someone won't listen to me i would kick him out of the event
19. What do you think is the most important thing a GM can do ?
Assisting new players with problems, that would ensure that they stayed on the server because help is always a few clicks away

You can fix the player base even if you aren't a GM. We have had several players make a huge impact on our population, and they were not a GM or VIP. They just recruited a ton. We hire trial GMs in batch (usually 3-4 people at a time). There are exceptions, yes, but very few of them. Right now we do not have a large enough population to warrant more GMs than the amount we already have. So if you really want to be a GM, the best thing you can do is recruit tons of people and help get our population larger.
