Fury Mastery bug.

So I have around 16 mastery and noticed that enraged regeneration wasn't scaling properly. On the tooltip it says it should be healing 71% of my health, when without mastery it is 36%. I used it and it was healing 4k a second for 6-8 seconds (forgot the exact time) So basically it isn't scaling from mastery. http://www.wowhead.com/spell=55694/enraged-regeneration

I also checked on death wish. It says 20% in the tooltip (which is normal without mastery) and it isn't scaling off mastery at all. http://www.wowhead.com/spell=12292/death-wish
